About

The steady hand behind busy leaders and teams.

For more than 15 years, I've supported executives, teams, and offices across defense contracting, financial services, state government, law enforcement, education, and small business.

I've partnered with Senior Vice Presidents at Bank of America, supported up to eight senior executives in a classified environment at CACI, and managed procurement and budgets of more than $500,000. Along the way I've coordinated onboarding and employee experience, handled confidential records, and written the SOPs when nobody had written them yet.

What ties it together is how I work: I try to see what's coming before it lands, keep competing priorities in order, talk clearly with everyone involved, and turn loosely defined work into something a team can repeat.

Selected Work · How I Work

Turning 'figure it out' into an organized, repeatable process.

Again and again, I've stepped into roles where the documentation, procedures, or systems were incomplete — or didn't exist at all. My job became building the structure: writing it down, making it clear, and leaving something the next person could follow.

A note on work samples: Much of my work has involved confidential, proprietary, or security-sensitive information. Rather than publishing employer materials, these examples highlight the types of systems, processes, documentation, and operational improvements I’ve created throughout my career.
